What is it? Key roles of the learning manager/executive are to plan, organize, monitor, and adjust activities associated with the administration of workplace learning and performance. This interactive workshop includes self-assessments, small group case study discussions, best-practice reviews, and feedback on specific challenges participants face. The content of this program is based on the ASTD Competency Study and helps in preparation for obtaining the CPLP credential.
