I am pleased to share our Dallas ASTD goals, which we consider challenging but achievable. The Leadership Team has chosen to continue the strategy implemented last year by defining our Chapter goals in a “balanced scorecard” format.  This strategy allows us to continue building on some of the goals from 2007.

I must confess that going to the doctor has never been one of my favorite activities. Recently, however, I found out why it’s important to have testing done regularly.

 

The experience made it clear that what you don’t know CAN hurt you.  And it’s better to know than to not know, even if the feedback is not what we want to hear.
