On Tuesday, August 21, approximately 160 Dallas ASTD members and others in the DFW community gathered at the beautiful Addison Conference Centre to learn about ideas that can increase their effectiveness, discuss ways to leverage the expertise of external experts, and hear our keynote speaker Sharon Jordan-Evans’ ready to implement ideas on how to retain talent.
